1 cup of soaked almonds (soak overnight)
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
1 cup purified water
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. Nutritional Flakes or
Usar ¼ tsp. Brewers yeast or
1/4 cup rejuvelac
1 tsp. Sea or himalayan salt
Season with any of these:
Fresh orégano
Fresh basil
Fresh thyme
Fresch cilantro
Fresh dill
Balsamic vinegar
